Chris works with owners, developers, attorneys, brokers, and lenders to get their real estate transactions closed. Chris utilizes a strong network he has built throughout Denver since growing up here, working at a local community bank for 6 years and his tenure in the title industry. He firmly believes in building mutually beneficial partnerships with his clients to provide more than title and escrow services. Chris strives to help his clients source, underwrite, capitalize, and close their deals anywhere in the country.

Victoria began her career on the title side of the industry as Claims Counsel for a national title insurance company. In this position, she gained valuable knowledge through handling both national and local commercial deals of all kinds including resales, refinances, construction development, 1031 Exchanges, and multi-site portfolios.
