This course is designed to give agents an understanding of how the VA Home Loan works and explain why they should feel confident in helping veteran home buyers get their offers accepted. Tim will give background information on why the VA loan was established, how it has changed over time, and dispel many of the myths surrounding it. In addition, he will explain who is eligible to use a VA loan, and what benefits the loan affords them above and beyond the conventional and FHA loan options they are often persuaded to use.
