As we travel, we will cover this 2 CE course helping Colorado real estate brokers understand the critical differences between new construction and resale transactions, including contracts, disclosures, timelines, and risk management. Brokers learn how to navigate builder-drafted agreements, manage client expectations, and maintain compliance and ethical boundaries to protect both their clients and their professional liability.
