This session will review the August 2024 changes, reflecting the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Settlement. Changes are in CTM as of August 1st and required for use as of August 15th so make sure you have an in-depth understanding of changes, requirements and best practices so you can navigate the changes and answer your clients’ questions! This will give you an overview of the changes, so you can easily comply with industry standards. Should the 2025 changes be released, this class will be updated to cover that material.
