First Integrity Title Company was formed in 1999. Since then we have successfully closed tens of thousands of real estate transactions. We rank among the top title agencies in Colorado, and of those companies, we are one of only a few which remain locally owned and operated.

Our technology allows you to view your documents and closed transactions online and go back and review the same for years to come. You can order title directly through Calyx, Encompass, and E-contracts, or you can use our webpage to order online, search comparables, and order O&Es.

Our escrow and title insurance staff has decades of experience. We can solve title problems other companies will not.

COMMITMENT TURNAROUND:
First Integrity will work with you to meet and beat deadlines when requested for title commitments. After title is ordered, we issue title commitments within 24-48 hours in the Metro area and several other Colorado counties. Title commitments in outlying Colorado counties may take up to 5-7 business days.
